It is lovely here today. Our trees are almost all out and the Dogwood is in full flower. Wherever you are I hope new growth and new life are a part of your thoughts today. More and more it is being shown and proven that a healthy attitude and optimistic view of life is in actual fact good for your physical health as well as your mental health. Oh, I know it is a tough challenge with all that is happening in the world and all of the hate and pessimism around, but surely we can, just as being ONE person, make a difference in our little corner of things.
